About the Role
The Recruitment Administrator (12‑month contract) reports to the Talent Development Specialist/HR Manager in Stoney Creek, ON, and provides essential administrative and coordination support for high‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment. This role ensures smooth hiring operations, timely candidate communication, and accurate recruitment data management. It also helps enhance NRF’s visibility as an employer of choice and maintains a strong, consistent candidate pipeline. Key duties include managing job postings, interview scheduling, candidate follow‑up, and Dayforce requisitions, while preparing interview packages and scorecards for multi‑panel sessions. The administrator also supports job fairs, industry events, and campus career days, and assists with social‑media updates to strengthen employer branding. Continuous improvement of recruitment templates, workflows and documentation is part of the role to boost efficiency. • Coordinate high‑volume recruitment tasks including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and candidate follow‑up. • Manage Dayforce requisitions, applicant flow, and status updates with accuracy and urgency. • Prepare interview packages, scorecards, and facilitate multi‑panel or cross‑time‑zone scheduling. • Serve as primary candidate contact, delivering timely and professional communication. • Assist with organization and logistics for job fairs, industry events, and campus career days, including preparation of materials and signage. • Support employer branding by updating social media and recruitment campaign content. • Maintain accurate recruitment data in Dayforce and internal tracking tools; generate reports on hiring progress and KPIs. • Improve recruitment templates, workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency. • Handle confidential information with professionalism and represent the organization at events. • Perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lb while operating computers in a moderate noise setting.

What You Bring
Candidates should have post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, and 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in high‑volume recruitment. Strong organizational, communication and detail‑oriented skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office; Dayforce experience is a plus. The position demands professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing and lifting up to 25 lb. • Meet qualifications: post‑secondary education in HR/Business, 1–3 years administrative or recruitment experience, strong organization, detail‑orientation, MS Office proficiency; Dayforce experience is an asset. • Demonstrate competencies: time management, attention to detail, professionalism, communication, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Benefits
