About the Role

• Guide managers in recruiting and employee relations. • Submit job requisition requests and recruit for open positions. • Send welcome email for new hires and follow up on benefit enrollment. • Assist in facilitating the PPR Process. • Administer employee compensation, training, and benefit programs. • Act as liaison between employees and management regarding policies, practices, and regulations. • Process, verify, and maintain HR documentation such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations. • Order business cards, name plates, and nametags. • Update ADP timecards and submit payroll. • Track staff designations and update CAM spreadsheet.

What You Bring

Associa is seeking a talented HR Generalist. The role supports managers with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training, and policy development. The generalist advises upper management on hiring strategies and helps implement new HR policies and practices. The position requires regular travel to the office in King of Prussia, PA, and Laurel, NJ, and candidates must be willing to work at both locations. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with 3–5 years of related experience. HR certification is a plus. • Proficient in business correspondence, grammar, and spelling. • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and administrative practices. • Understanding of FMLA/leave administration, performance management, unemployment, workers' compensation, and employee relations. • Familiarity with company policies, forms, and OSHA safety requirements. • Awareness of state, local, and multi-state governmental compliance regulations. • Skilled in conflict resolution techniques. • Strong professional communication (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal). • Self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented team player. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
