About the Role

The Community Manager I provides overall supervision of a portfolio of community associations. This role involves daily interaction with homeowners, vendors, board members, committee members, and internal Associa staff to ensure smooth association operations. Key responsibilities include traveling to client associations for board meetings, inspections, walk‑throughs and community events; preparing agendas, management reports, and comprehensive board meeting packages; and assembling annual disclosure, meeting notifications, and financial statement packages for bulk mailing in accordance with statutory timelines. The manager also updates homeowner and association information in C3, coordinates facility inspections, and oversees follow‑up actions. Additionally, the role ensures effective use of Associa’s community management tools, reviews monthly financial reports, and provides recommendations on major capital expenditures. Additional duties involve processing Architectural Review Board applications, conducting on‑site inspections, and monitoring delinquency rates and collections for the portfolio. The manager maintains unit and contract files, manages routine and special‑project vendors, oversees staff as required, and ensures compliance with Associa’s accounts payable procedures. What You Bring

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $76,000, dependent on experience. A bachelor’s degree and community association experience are preferred, and the position operates in a typical office environment with frequent social interaction.
