About the Role

• Supervise a portfolio of community associations, acting as primary liaison with boards, homeowners, vendors, and Associa staff. • Travel to client sites to attend board meetings, perform inspections, conduct walk‑throughs and support community events. • Prepare agendas, board meeting packages, annual disclosure and financial statement packages, and ensure timely bulk mailing per statutes. • Update homeowner and association data in C3 and shared files; manage inspection coordination and follow‑up actions. • Oversee association operations per management agreement, including budgeting, procurement, RFPs, committee charters, and AP processes. • Review monthly financial reports and provide summaries to Boards; recommend capital expenditures and monitor delinquency/collections. • Manage ARB applications, conduct on‑site inspections, and ensure legal actions are communicated to Boards. • Supervise vendors, evaluate performance, and oversee contract and unit file maintenance. • Lead Associa staff as required and perform additional administrative duties assigned by Boards. • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in‑person; operate standard office equipment. • Partner with assistant community managers, vendors, peers, and clients; adhere to company policies and procedures.

Benefits
