About the Role

In this role, the mechanic will oversee the full spectrum of maintenance activities within an assigned territory, quickly address service interruptions, and maintain continuous equipment operation while fostering positive customer interactions on site. • Perform all scheduled maintenance and service visits for elevators within the assigned territory. • Manage the portfolio of elevators in the defined geographical area. • Respond quickly to breakdowns and achieve first‑time fix wherever possible. • Conduct minor repairs to sustain continuous operation. • Interact directly with customers on‑site to build strong relationships.
