What You Bring

Otis Elevator Company in Sydney is hiring apprentices for 2026. The program targets individuals in their first to fourth year of an electrical or mechanical trades apprenticeship. Positions are available for Apprentice Construction Mechanical Fitters, Adjusters, and Installers, with start dates in January or February 2026. Apprentices will receive training across installation, modernization, service, and repair of lifts, escalators, and travelators. They will work directly with customers, develop strong service skills, and rotate between the Service and Construction divisions to experience both lift electrician and mechanic responsibilities. • Require enrolment in an Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent pre‑apprentice qualification. • Minimum Year 10 education (or equivalent) and full Australian work rights. • Prior experience in the elevator industry is advantageous.
