About the Role
Key duties include meeting service sales targets, delivering daily value‑based account management to key and national accounts, and maintaining regular face‑to‑face contact with customers. The representative must provide accurate forecasts, achieve in‑warranty conversion and unit‑growth goals, present product benefits, act as a liaison between customers and the Operations team, and drive modernisation sales within the portfolio. • Achieve and exceed service sales targets for the assigned portfolio. • Provide daily, value‑based account management to key and national accounts. • Maintain regular face‑to‑face customer contact and deliver product presentations. • Submit accurate forecasts and performance reports to management. • Meet in‑warranty conversion and unit‑growth objectives. • Facilitate solutions between customers and the Operations team. • Identify and drive modernisation sales opportunities within the portfolio. • Manage multiple accounts, influence stakeholders, and build lasting relationships.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have at least five years of frontline sales or key‑account experience, preferably in the elevator and escalator industry, and a valid driver’s licence. They must show strong business acumen, the ability to manage multiple accounts, influence stakeholders at all levels, and possess solid relationship‑building, technology, and communication skills. • Minimum 5 years frontline sales or key‑account experience; elevator industry background preferred. • Hold a valid driver’s licence and demonstrate strong business acumen. • Proficient with mobile applications and reporting tools (Word, Excel, CRM). • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
