About the Role
The Finance Transformation Analyst aligns people, processes, and technology to execute Nucor’s finance strategy. Working across Finance and other departments, the analyst understands data‑consumer needs, evaluates potential solutions, and collaborates with the Finance Applications team to implement them. The role also leads acquisition integrations, manages ad‑hoc projects, and requires travel for trainings, meetings, or integration duties, with flexibility in scheduling. • Align people, processes, and technology to support Nucor’s finance strategy. • Gather and analyze data‑consumer requirements and evaluate solution options. • Lead implementation projects with the Finance Applications team and act as lead for acquisition integrations. • Manage ad‑hoc finance projects, travel for integrations, trainings, or meetings, and adapt to flexible schedules. • Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

What You Bring

Minimum qualifications include a BS degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field and at least three years of finance or accounting experience. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL), experience with enterprise finance systems such as OneStream or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and familiarity with data‑governance tools (Informatica), Azure Databricks/Fabric, and Azure DevOps.
