About the Role
In this role you will develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, market strategy, and competitive landscape. You will survey the assigned territory, identify key contacts within major customer organizations, and maintain ongoing communication about product developments. Regular meetings with customers, architects, consultants, and contractors will help you assess both short‑term and long‑term requirements and build lasting relationships. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, updating the CRM system, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, collecting orders, and managing contracts. You will also coordinate sales‑installation (SIP) meetings and work closely with engineering, installation, finance, head‑office, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution. Meeting annual sales and collection targets is a core performance metric. • Conduct territory surveys, build relationships with key decision‑makers, and stay updated on product advancements. • Generate and qualify leads, maintain accurate CRM entries, and submit proposals. • Negotiate contracts, collect orders, and manage sales documentation with high ethical standards. • Coordinate sales‑installation (SIP) meetings and collaborate with engineering, finance, and manufacturing teams. • Achieve annual sales and collection targets.
