Tasks

-Provide support to Insurance Analysts in Hyderabad and Ambler as needed with daily activities and questions. -Process manual flood orders and follows up with borrowers on flood non-compliance. -Interact with force placed insurance agent, as required. -Process and manage insurance claims on portfolio of loans including lender interaction. -Work with Master Servicers and lenders as needed for claims. -Administer and place force placed insurance for non-compliant borrowers. -Manage insurance portfolio for renewals and compliance as required. -Work with insurance agents, borrowers, client relations and investors as required.

What You Bring

-Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams; as well as experience doing data entry within a tracking system. -Very strong communication skills and customer service focus. -0-3 years of experience in a similar position. -Previous experience or knowledge of contracts review and compliance, policy administration or other related responsibilities. -High School Diploma or GED required.
