Support market analysis on new products, new markets and developments in the industry
Provide customer assistance on applications, specifications, and quality matters
Create new accounts and manage existing accounts in the data center and power backup industry, and provide solutions to meet customers’ specifications and applications. Familiar with critical power systems including UPS, PDU, STS, Busway, and/or switchgear in a Data Center
Create new and manage existing channel partners to ensure sales increase
Promote products, increase revenue to meet budget.
Develop and Maintain Customer relationships
Supports the Company and product promotions at exhibitions
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the assigned customers' focus on UPS and the data center market, including meeting or exceeding budgets and growth targets, ensuring the team works together synergistically to achieve the total regional goals and objectives.
Coordinate with customers’ and Delta’s engineering team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at one time.
Able to travel out of state and country.
Bachelor’s degree in business with minimum 3 years’ experience in Power Distribution and Cooling, IT or Datacenter services and technologies. A BSEE or BSME background is a plus. MBA is a plus
Strong commitment to teamwork and the success of others.
Professional Selling Skills - Both extensive account management and new account development. Previous business development experience preferred
Ability to adapt to Delta’s unique and dynamic culture

Organizational and time management skills
Familiar with CRM and sales process, report on the status of accounts and transactions
Communication Skills: Ability to understand a customer’s needs and to probe for answers and then determine a solution and advocate that solution to the customer.
Mandarin speaking ability is a plus.

Knowledge of using Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint
Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
