Proven track record of generating new business, managing long sales cycles, and closing large, complex deals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.

Familiarity with industry certifications, codes, and regulations related to facilities management and technical engineering.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
