  • Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to forecast labor needs and align manpower with project milestones.
  • Monitor and report on workforce utilization, including overtime, shift coverage, and labor costs.
  • Develop and manage a resource loaded schedule of all projects in the company portfolio.
  • Provide regular manpower reports to management on staffing levels, shortages, and scheduling trends and forecasts.
  • Utilize workforce management or scheduling software to streamline assignments and maintain accurate records.
  • Track availability, certifications, training, and qualifications of all assigned workers.
  • Maintain strong communication with foremen and field leadership to resolve schedule changes and conflicts quickly.
  • Develop and manage daily/weekly manpower schedules for multiple job sites and shifts.
  • Assign workers to projects in compliance with union rules, job classifications, certifications, and safety requirements.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for reassigned workers to ensure smooth transitions between projects.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing project demands.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction workforce coordination, scheduling, or field operations support.
  • Office-based in Bensalem, PA with frequent interaction across job sites.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, construction management software, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, MS Project).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with field leaders and office staff.
  • Familiarity with union agreements, trade classifications, and dispatch procedures.
