Initiates market engagement, including events, forums and conferences that create opportunity for Ledcor branding and networking with new clients or influencers who can support Ledcor's goal
Lead engagement with Ledcor’s internal operations, finance, legal, support services and senior leadership for planning and aligning on strategy and tactics to support existing and new clients while withholding Ledcor's focus on health and safety
Influencing internal stakeholders on sales strategies to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities.
Develops a sales strategy to achieve growth targets through detailed account planning, market assessments, available market share, and competitive landscape, with a goal to develop long term client contracts.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly end client business and financial reviews.
Aligned with Ledcor Business Unit operations leaders, the incumbent will identify and assess new opportunities by discovering and leveraging existing and new client business, financial and technical requirements.
Will leverage and influence existing relationship while building new relationships directly with clients, potential clients, and related Industry experts.
Will be poised to achieve financial objectives by assessing monthly and quarterly forecasts while working with operations and finance,

Travel up to 50% of the time across Canada and the United States
8+ years of Power Utility industry experience with a concentration in business development, account management and sales experience
Proven experience in developing, nurturing, and sustaining client relationships within the Power Utilities industry
Ability to determine priorities and consistently deliver results.
Knowledge of the Utility Distribution industry (specific to Power and Gas is an asset)
