Tasks

-Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity -Generate estimates, prepare and review project proposal or plan to determine and establish a time frame, work plan, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various project phases -Actively interfacing with the customer to validate expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completion -Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the job site by working directly with vendors -Provide consistent feedback and reports to the business unit vice president/or Director -Plan, coordinate, and/or manage activities of all company personnel and subcontractors on assigned project(s) -Ensure all company, client, and project policies/procedures are followed as specified. -Frequent project visits with field supervision and other personnel to understand progress, needs, or issues. Assist in the planning of future labor/material needs of the project -Provide advice, guidance, mentoring, and direction to team and other junior personnel toward the achievement of their personal development goals -Proactively lead the team job site safety and adherence to company policies and national safety standards for personnel under his or her supervision. -Oversee the project through administrative direction of on-site supervision to ensure the project is built following design, budget, and schedule -Generate billings and lead the collections process for projects -Offering innovative solutions developing methods of procedures in sequence of operations -Actively participate in industry even and community engagement activities -Build long-term relationships with both clients and fellow employees by consistently exceeding expectations -Preparing Change Management Forms and Methods of Procedure (MOPs). -Manage project review process with particular emphasis on financial forecasting

What You Bring

-Strong computer skills required -Good knowledge of how to read electrical and mechanical drawings -Familiar with computer-based estimating for an item by item estimating -Must understand billing and collections -30 Hour OSHA Certification required within the first year -Electrical contracting project management experience -Understanding of electrical installations -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Able to work independently as well as in a team environment -Capable of locating end user's driver solutions -Five years or more of Mission critical/Data center project management or Field experience -A College degree, journeyman’s license, or master electrician’s license -Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project and on-screen takeoff or ability to learn it quickly -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position. -Excellent organizational skills
