You will review and update the status of orders and materials with manufacturing supervisors, material control personnel, and people in work areas, customer service, and KanBan expeditors. Includes regularly scheduled multi-functional production meetings which vary from once a week to daily depending on area(s) of responsibility.
You will review orders and associated documentation (drawings, travel documents, bills of material) as needed to ensure the team has the appropriate information to complete the job and to assist with troubleshooting problems with the order documentation.
You will utilize the computer, including Microsoft Excel, DMM, AS400, and the Material Synchronization Spreadsheet, to maintain control of floor stock and floor records.
