Tasks

-Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track. -Manage mechanical installations for government and military projects, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards. -Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications, maintaining a strong alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. -Work closely with the Superintendent to support the coordination of multiple scopes of work across the project site. -Lead and supervise all plumbing activities. -Coordinate assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of piping work in compliance with project requirements and timelines. -Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism across all crews and subcontractors.

We're seeking a highly skilled and well-rounded individual to join our Field Operations team in the King's Bay, GA and Jacksonville, FL areas. If you're driven by safety, quality work, and delivering on schedule and within budget, this could be your next opportunity. -BIM software knowledge is preferred, with training available. -Trade school apprenticeship program completion preferred. -High school diploma or GED required. -Four or more years of field or trade experience as a journey-worker level plumber (government, military, or large commercial construction projects preferred). -Experience in the design-build industry is a plus. -Four or more years of experience as a Plumbing Superintendent (government, military, or large commercial construction projects required). -Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook preferred). -CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour Certifications, EM-385, and STS required (training can be provided). -Experience with Plumbing pipe installation, deep underground work, water heater & compressors, & material management are all essential skills.
