  • Mentor and support team development, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement within the wind energy practice.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to strategic growth in the renewable energy sector.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, integrating expertise to deliver holistic project outcomes.
  • Lead and deliver onshore wind projects across all stages - from feasibility and design to construction and commissioning - ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical leadership in wind energy systems, particularly in foundation design, grid connection, and environmental considerations.

  • Extensive experience in onshore wind energy projects, including technical delivery, project management, and client engagement across multiple phases of development.
  • Strong engineering background, ideally in civil, structural or electrical disciplines, with a deep understanding of wind turbine technology and infrastructure.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor staff, lead multidisciplinary teams, and foster collaboration across business units.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with experience in business development, proposal writing, and identifying market opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including presenting at industry forums, liaising with clients, and representing Arup in external partnerships.
