  • Identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best practices.
  • Update CRM, Fulfillment portal, third party financier portals and various other business tools.
  • Work within various lender financing portals to obtain the ability to proceed with contract financing prior to equipment orders.
  • Issue and approve work orders to third party fulfillment vendors to provide accurate services with prompt payments.
  • Manage and resolve paperwork deficiencies and stipulations with various parties to ensure solar contracts are correctly managed.
  • Assist in a successful transition from our current Sunbase CRM to Salesforce for the various Order Management functions.
  • Issue and approve installer invoices based on a robust QA process to ensure installation completion and scope of work accuracy.
  • Ensure sales contracts are 100% complete and accurate before issuing them to the operations personnel.
  • Analyze and monitor team performance to iteratively improve upon cycle times.
