This is a senior-level, remote role with limited travel required to meet key clients and attend select industry functions.
The Business Development Manager – EPC Transmission will play a strategic role in driving growth within the company’s Transmission and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) business. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new client relationships across utilities, developers, and large infrastructure partners nationwide. The position requires a deep understanding of the power delivery market, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to close complex, large-scale projects.
Travel: Less than 10% (occasional client meetings and industry events)
- Strong understanding of EPC delivery models, transmission construction, and utility project lifecycles.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy within the Transmission, EPC, or Power Delivery markets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Established network within utilities, EPCs, developers, or related energy infrastructure sectors.
- Proven success in capturing multimillion-dollar contracts and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
