New Customer Concierge Professional
Vivint
Vivint provides smart home solutions, including home security, energy management, and automation.
Outbound sales calls to customers with installed Vivint systems to resolve technical/billing concerns, educate on smart home capabilities, and ensure a seamless journey from sale through installation with a focus on customer satisfaction and driving revenue.
Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint)

Grit and Resilience: New Customer Concierge Professionals must possess the determination and resilience to overcome challenges, handle rejection, and persevere in the face of obstacles, ultimately driving their success in driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
Consistent Sales Performance: A successful New Customer Concierge Professional is expected to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a track record of delivering results and contributing to Vivint’s revenue growth.
Effective Communication New Customer Concierge Professionals must be able to explain complex product offerings in a simple and persuasive manner, ensuring that customers fully understand the value of resigning with Vivint and how they address their unique needs.
Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
Continuous Learning: New Customer Concierge Professionals are expected to stay current with our evolving product and service offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques. Continuous learning and adaptation to changing market conditions are essential for achieving and maintaining success in this role.
