Tasks

-Use hands to finger, handle, or feel: Operates a computer and other office machinery - Constantly – at least 51% -Lighting Solutions: Design and propose lighting retrofit solutions that enhance energy efficiency, improve performance, and meet regulatory standards -Training and Education: Offer training sessions and workshops for clients and team members on commercial lighting technologies, energy efficiency, and maintenance practices -Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to clients and team members in an easily understandable manner, ensuring clarity and comprehension -Documentation: Maintain accurate reports of site assessments, proposals, and service reports to ensure project management and follow-up -Customer Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance on lighting solutions and best practices

-Climb or balance: Must be able to ascend/descend on a ladder, forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment - Frequently – 21% to 50% -Up to 10 pounds - Frequently – 21% to 50% -Up to 25 pounds - Frequently – 21% to 50% -Exposed to unpleasant or disagreeable physical environment such as high noise level and/or exposure to heat and cold - None -Experience with relevant reporting tools and software to streamline documentation processes. Proficient with Microsoft Suite products including Excel, Word, and Teams. -Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl: Must be able to crouch down to stock shelves, pick up boxes, or position oneself to maintain computers in the lab/under desks/in server closet - Frequently – 21% to 50% -Ability to diagnose issues in electrical systems and lighting circuits effectively -Knowledge of both commercial and industrial setups for lighting circuitry -Competent in creating comprehensive and accurate reports based on field data collected from contractors -Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear, organized manner -Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Constantly – at least 51% -Talk, hear, taste, smell: Must be able to use senses to effectively communicate with co-workers and clients and detect hazardous conditions - Constantly – at least 51% -Knowledge of the differences and applications of low voltage, high voltage systems as well Driver and Ballast power supply -5+ years Construction Management -Handles or works with potentially dangerous equipment - None -Skilled in interpreting troubleshooting results and identifying potential solutions -Up to 50 pounds - Frequently – 21% to 50% -Awareness of safety protocols and regulations associated with both voltage types -Effective communication skills to convey technical information and solutions to customers clearly and effectively -Travels to offsite locations - None -Proficient understanding of electrical systems, including both low voltage and high voltage applications -Walk: Must be able to move about inside/outside office or work location - Frequently – 21% to 50% -Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent - Required -Commercial Lighting Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of lighting systems, switchgear, and site lighting to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
