  • Support end users from Capital Portfolio Delivery group in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing and issues resolution for new or upgraded hardware and software. Other related duties as required.
  • Tasks include updating project data, maintaining staffing assignments ec.
  • Develop and maintain detailed guidelines, process charts and job aids for approved business processes.
  • Assist in and/or facilitating month-end manager meetings, including taking actions and screen-sharing presentations
  • Coordinate, collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders within and external to Capital Portfolio Delivery to ensure mutual objectives are achieved.
  • Performing data entry and data analysis for resource management and project tracking by utilizing a resource planning tool.
  • Provide technical support to end users of the resource planning tool (Line of Business Managers).
  • Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions as a means of continuous improvement.
  • Engage in monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis activities for the Capital Portfolio Delivery division.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives in order to drive efficiency and productivity improvements in the Capital Portfolio Delivery division.
  • Utilize existing financial and management systems to support rate filings/business planning and analyze information to produce a variety of business information such as KPIs, scorecards, management reports, cost trends, performance reports, monthly cost reports, and dashboard reports.
  • Support Line of Business Managers in assignment and allocation of resources.

  • Must meet New Grad Program Eligibility Requirements Bachelor’s degree in programs such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • Good Academic Standing (A copy of your Official/Unofficial Transcript)
  • A copy of your most recent Transcript (Official/Unofficial)
  • Requires experience in the transmission/distribution business to be familiar with the overall operation, functions of major organizational groups, policy and planning practices, relationship to the external environment and financial structure.
  • You have graduated with your bachelor's degree in 2024, 2025 or will graduate by May 2026
  • Requires the ability to effectively facilitate cross functional teams.
  • Requires the ability to work well under pressure and with tight timelines.
  • Requires strong working knowledge of SAP (PS/IM), SharePoint, MS Office (Visio/Excel/Word/PowerPoint), BI, etc.
  • Valid, permanent driver's license (Ontario Class G)
  • Or, you are currently completing a master's degree in a related field, you are graduating by May 2026, and have a maximum of 1 year between completing your bachelor's degree and enrolling in your master's program.
  • Previous co-op experience in a relevant field and industry is considered an asset
  • Requires strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Requires experience in developing and implementing performance strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Requires experience with working effectively in team settings.
  • Requires experience with the measurement, design, monitoring, analysis and reporting function to give advice and guidance to senior management on business performance processes, including setting performance measures and targets.
  • Requires excellent business writing and verbal communication skills to effectively develop and present detailed analysis, reports, training, etc.
  • Requires relevant and demonstrable reporting, analysis and process improvement experience.
