Tasks

The RoleAs a Senior Superintendent at Lithko Contracting, you'll be responsible for planning the execution phase of the project. You'll work closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan. We apply your expertise across a range of industries, from industrial and manufacturing facilities to healthcare, educational institutions, chip plants, and data centers. Each year, you'll contribute to placing over 100 million square feet of concrete, helping the company earn over $1.7 billion in revenue. -Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets. -Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals. -Ensure project execution goals are met. -Develop a comprehensive project plan. -Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes. -Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties. -Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports. -Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required. -Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial. -Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success. -Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. -5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor. -In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500K. -Self-perform experience of concrete is required. -Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team. -Strong organizational and communication skills.
