  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues across Microsoft platforms (Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.)
  • Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying recurring issues
  • Collaborating with IT colleagues to implement updates, patches, and security measures
  • Owning issues through to resolution and being the IT advocate for users
  • Work with leading Microsoft technologies and enterprise systems
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and technical support to EPSA employees
  • Ensuring all incidents and service requests are documented and resolved within SLA
  • Managing onboarding/offboarding processes and device lifecycle projects
