Overview
Assist leasing office, ensure compliance, lease apartments, manage resident relations

Tasks
-Support Compliance and Leasing team members as needed. -Complete compliance reports as requested and required. -Work collaboratively and effectively with regulatory housing compliance representatives. -Meet all deadlines in a timely manner as required under the various compliance regulations.

What You Bring
-Prior Yardi Voyager experience with affordable housing modules preferred; OR other housing compliance software skills with willingness to quickly learn Yardi. -SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Management) -Excellent customer service skills to assist internal and external customers. -Basic Accounting skills with understanding of receivables, payables, and ability to assess incomes in relation to compliance regulations. -Minimum High School/GED equivalent required. -Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); accurate data entry and proofreading skills. -HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) -OR AHMOR AHM (Assisted Housing Manager) -Prior experience with Low-Income Tax Credit, HUD Section 8 & other HUD programs. -Minimum 1 to 3 years prior Affordable Housing experience preferred. -Willingness to learn and train on other housing compliance programs needed. -Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills to meet required deadlines. -Knowledge of affordable housing industry compliance software program(s) required for processing state, federal applications.
