  • You must have worked in an environment where you are cold calling every day.
  • Is comfortable on the phone and can control a call without sounding scripted
  • Breaking complex ideas into simple, confident messaging
  • The product is technical, so you’ll get trained properly, enough to speak clearly with engineers, operators, and business leaders.
  • You must have at least 1 year as a BDR at a software business.
  • Learns technical products quickly
  • You must have strong cold calling skills, and a proven track record of winning new customers.
  • Can explain ideas clearly
  • Has 1–3 years in a BDR/SDR seat
  • Feedback loops are quick.
