Working closely with the construction team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping how embedded networks are structured, managed, and scaled across residential and commercial developments.
- Design and manage tariff structures, assess commercial risks, and oversee tenant contracts.
- Ensure compliance with energy regulations and embedded network frameworks.
- Collaborate with construction, legal, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead operational delivery across embedded network projects.
- Liaise with landowners and stakeholders to ensure clarity on embedded network capabilities and limitations.
