  • Responsible for meeting monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts, preparing job proposals with cost estimates, managing accounts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Visit job sites to check the status of current job or to determine scope of prospective job
  • Attend out of town sales meetings and/or regional trainings
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for prospective customers
  • Personally investigate complaints from customers
  • When necessary, contact customers for collection purposes and identify alternative options for payment
  • Review and complete appropriate paperwork after job has been completed
  • Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms
  • Prepare booking packages
  • Contact existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase customer base
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
  • Drive Sales from Tender to Contract ratification

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, not mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled by inherent ability to sell to customer needs
  • Prior use of CRM considered an assets
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office suite
  • Proven ability to manage conflict, coupled by the ability to work collaboratively
  • A minimum of 2 years of Sales experience
  • Ability to read, understand and analyze technical drawings for the creation of quotes
