Gather and share customer insights to help shape product and messaging improvements.
Act as the internal subject matter expert for Re-Leased Pay.
Collaborate with Account Managers and New Business teams to identify and close Pay opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle for Pay opportunities — from discovery and demo through to close.
Partner with Marketing to create campaigns that drive Pay awareness and adoption.
Own a Pay-specific sales quota focused on upselling to existing customers and supporting new deals.
Plan and deliver customer webinars and educational sessions.
Train and coach internal sales teams on Pay positioning and objection handling.
Develop playbooks, collateral, and tools to make selling Pay easier.

Strong ability to manage a full sales cycle (prospecting → closing).
Creative thinker — you can find innovative ways to increase adoption (e.g., incentive programs or customer success stories).
Solid understanding of payment workflows, reconciliation, and the value drivers for property management or similar industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver compelling demos and webinars.
Comfortable using CRM and analytics tools to track performance and optimise strategies.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Proven sales experience in SaaS or fintech with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
