What you would be doing

- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for internal and external users.
- Create new processes and improve existing processes.
- Conduct daily tracking of project deliverables to ensure timely processing
- Administer and configure e-Builder PMIS (Trimble Unity Construct).
- Set up and maintain project records, budgets, schedules, and commitments.
- Develop custom reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Finance department to facilitate the timely processing of pay applications and consultant invoices.
- Oversee project closeout process and archival of project data and artifacts
- Update task tabulations spreadsheets and other contract/project performance tracking spreadsheets
- Edit, format and finalize specifications and reports for submission to clients.
- Continuously track and monitor multiple contracts/projects and budgets
- Utilize Power BI project reports for contract and task performance and budget tracking

- Associates Degree in Business Administration, or a related field required
- Four-Year Degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and efficiency
- Diligence and strong work ethic
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with e-Builder.
- Familiarity with database management, SQL, Power BI, and Power Platform tools is a plus.
- Ability to follow directions
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- PMP, or related construction project management experience, preferred.
- Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
