Tasks

-Lead, mentor, and develop your maintenance team in diagnosing and repairing issues. -Provide expert troubleshooting across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair. -Help establish and manage preventive maintenance, make-ready, and on-call schedules. -Regularly inspect community buildings and grounds to ensure everything is in top condition. -Jump in to complete work orders and repairs as needed. -Keep maintenance inventory organized and cost-effective.

What You Bring

-2–4 years of related maintenance or technical experience. -Working knowledge of systems such as Yardi or Mobile Maintenance (preferred). -Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. -Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and live within 30 minutes of the property. -Competency with: P-Tech HVAC systems, Individual Hot Water Tanks, Copper Pipes/PEX.
