  • Use Salesforce (CRM) to produce reports and relevant dashboards to monitor the performance of the Digital Services portfolio and provide insights to key stakeholders when required
  • Conduct regular training to Sales and Tendering teams on available Offers (how to quote and sell), while also acting as a Consultant to the Sales teams to help build the right Service Offer (solution)
  • Collaborate with varied internal stakeholders on; Pricing, Product, Sales, Commercial, Marketing and to execute a variety of media campaigns, contribute to various internal forums and ensure a presence at external events to market the organisation
  • Ensure intimate Customer relationships as you act as a key point of contact on Customer requirements and related queries, developing Customer offerings to ensure their needs are met
  • Review and optimise existing processes as you maintain a focus on continuous improvement, operating with an agile mindset within a business that embraces data and digital
  • Define the strategy for the relevant demand engines to drive growth in the go to market channels for our Secure Power Install Base, engaging with Customers to understand needs and market our Digital Services Offers
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Schneider products and relates solutions to define Services Offers, focused on digital, recurring and modernisation
  • Leverage Install Base data and leveraging market intelligence to make an Impact in the execution of our Annual Marketing and Sales Plan and achieve service excellence
  • Utilise pricing tools, data, analytics and various digital tools to execute pricing strategies, policies and related initiatives across a growing Secure Power and Cooling portfolio

  • Travel as required and support other ad-hoc projects
  • Strong Customer driven background and a proven ability to achieve tangible growth
  • Those with additional post-graduate qualifications will be viewed favourably (Masters, MBA etc.)
  • Previous experience in the use of a CRM (ideally Salesforce), confident in utilising data to inform stakeholders and shape technical solutions
  • Demonstrated background that includes Marketing/Consulting and a proven understanding of Customer/Market segments and related channels
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and previous experience in a similar senior position (Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing or related)
  • Proven ability to collaborate with varied stakeholder groups and a commercial mindset
  • A growth mindset, well-developed digital skills and a technical aptitude
