  • 5+ years’ experience in an application software support role.
  • Motivated and self-disciplined.
  • HCM Core
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn multiple software programs and databases.
  • BILINGUAL preferred (ENGLISH, FRENCH and/or SPANISH)
  • Available to be on-call on the weekend on a rotating basis with the team.
  • UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Must have WFM, PRO, Reporting, BI reporting experience and strong HRIT analytical skills
  • Great communication skills & ability to work well independently as well as with others.
  • Peripheral devices such as iPads, Timeclocks, or FOB-based systems
  • Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
