Track record in building teams and capability of junior staff
Degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field
A deep understanding of conventional and innovative water treatment technologies
Ability to support process elements of bids, fee proposals or offers of service
Understanding of key water sector treatment and sustainability needs
Chartered Status (CEng) with a recognised Professional Institution
Significant experience in development and delivery of outline, feasibility and detailed process engineering design solutions within Ireland and/or the UK water sector using appropriate calculation tools. Including excellent technical report writing skills using concise English
Track record of process engineering technical leadership, being client facing and driving innovation and low carbon solutions
Track record in conducting water treatment plant and process root-cause analysis reviews
Strong communication skills with experience in effective collaboration across internal multi-disciplinary teams as well as Client teams
Ability to travel to sites in various locations across Ireland and the UK
