-Manage team contributions of designers, vendors, fabricators, installers and other key players -Work with a team of contractors and architects; analyze drawings and complete material take-off. -Win the project! Create bill of materials, estimate costs and resources needed to earn new business. -Use established business processes and software to achieve and track progress and results -Effectively report to and communicate with your team and managers

What You Bring

-Ability to work in fast-paced environment -Valid driver’s license and driving record in good standing -Experience with material take-off -Strong computer skills including computer-aided drafting, Microsoft Word and Excel -Successful estimating experience -Ability to create and manage timelines -Blueprint reading skills -Two or Four year degree in construction management or equivalent work experience – glass and glazing preferred but not required -Skill in open and timely communication with team members and subcontractors on each project -Understanding of commercial construction
