Tasks

-Monitor and report on financial performance trends to assist investors in decision-making and identify process improvements. -Coordinate with finance, accounting, and other departments to gather necessary data for comprehensive reporting. -Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for investors, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulatory standards. -Document and maintain policies and procedures (P&P) specific to their assigned investors. -Address and resolve accounting discrepancies due to system errors and suggest corrections to improve system accuracy and prevent future issues. -Participate in regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial reports and ensure data integrity. -Respond to inquiries from both internal and external parties, providing clear and detailed information as needed. -Review and reconcile various custodial bank accounts to ensure all outstanding items are cleared promptly. -Cross-train with other Analysts to ensure coverage and continuity of operations during absences. -Collect, analyze, and adjust financial data and remittance reports based on industry guidelines and investor requirements, including preparing corresponding wire transfers. -Maintain and update reporting systems and databases to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
