The Role

Overview

Manage contract documents, handling printing, scanning, storage, and retrieval support.

Tasks

-Assist in reporting missing contracts that need to be imaged -Support the Contract Administration team with various tasks as necessary -Gather, print completed contracts daily -Connection – Build meaningful connections with other DLL members -Collect and record related documents for electronic and offsite storage -Scan and validate contract image data into electronic storage database -Execute documents on behalf of the company -Coordinate movement of boxes/contract files to and from offsite storage provider -Take the initiative to seek and participate in formal and informal training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and value to the company. -Contribute to department efficiencies by identifying bottlenecks and contributes to the formulation of solutions/improvement. -Data entry of contract and box data into inventory tracking website

What You Bring

-Must have ability to communicate well both orally and written -Must have the ability to lift up to 20lbs -High school diploma required -Detail oriented, High level of accuracy in own work -Process improvement skills desired -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and in a team that spans multiple locations -Ability to input and access data utilizing various software packages -Must have the ability to sit and work at a computer for extensive periods of time -Knowledge of application to funding process desired -Flexibility and willingness to assist other operational departments when volume is low is required. -Be able to work in multiple systems simultaneously. -1-2 years clerical experience preferred
