The Role

Overview

Supervise plumbing/mechanical construction on government/military projects in GA/FL.

Tasks

-Coordinate assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of mechanical work in compliance with project requirements and timelines. -Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism across all crews and subcontractors. -Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track. -Manage mechanical installations for government and military projects, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards. -Lead and supervise all mechanical construction activities, including Plumbing & Piping teams. -Work closely with the Superintendent to support the coordination of multiple scopes of work across the project site. -Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications, maintaining a strong alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Apply today and take the next step in advancing your career with us! -BIM software knowledge is preferred, with training available. -Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook preferred). -High school diploma or GED required, with preference given to candidates who have completed courses in construction management or plumbing trade school. -Experience in the design-build industry is a plus. -Five or more years of experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman or Superintendent, managing crews on projects with a plumbing scope of at least $400,000 (commercial or government construction). -Three or more years of field or trade experience as a commercial plumber working (government, military, or large commercial construction projects preferred). -CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour Certifications, EM-385, and STS required (training can be provided).
