As the Office Manager at Baldwin Hills Mall, you will oversee all aspects of office operations to ensure the property runs efficiently and meets ownership objectives.

  • Coordinate tenant, contractor, and insurance documentation; prepare correspondence, notices, and reports to maintain organized communication channels.
  • Support financial processes by assisting with accounts payable/receivable, tenant billing, vendor management, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage HR activities including hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment requirements.
  • Assist with contracts, construction updates, audits, and process improvements while maintaining excellent service to tenants, customers, and staff.
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions, ensuring efficient support across all departments and alignment with ownership objectives.

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
