Business Development Representative II

Description

• Continuously improve knowledge of STACK's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to leads.
• Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Engage with prospective customers through various channels including phone, online chat, email, and text messaging.
• Qualify incoming leads and determine their potential as STACK users.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless experience for prospects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in our CRM system.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• 1+ years of BDR or sales development experience
• Ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers.
