  • Support the Account Management function in regards tracking outstanding actions until completion.
  • Provide updated reporting as and when required on customer performance to the Key Account Director / Manager.
  • Support the Account Management function in relation to the submission of any new business tenders.
  • Ensure key communications are cascaded and understood both internally and externally.
  • Support the Account Management function in relation to the mobilisation of any new contracts won.
  • Escalate any internal performance issues to the Key Account Director / Manager for resolution if required.
  • Participate in meetings as and when required with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Document all interactions on internal and external meetings and ensure all minutes/actions are cascaded.
  • Support the Account Management function in relation to customer communication internally and externally.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Knowledge with root cause analysis and be able to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contract experience and a history of managing relationships with key clients.

  • The ability to work under pressure to deliver within tight deadlines and manage your own workload.
