Provide borrowing capacity assessments to members and collaborate with Property Strategists
Interpret credit reports and request lender pricing discounts
Run structured finance sessions with members to review their goals and current position
Workshop on finance scenarios to help members move forward with property purchases
Manage loan applications end-to-end via CRM, AOL, and lender portals
Maintain NCCP compliance and submit all required documents (CNA, FHOG, Discharge Authority, etc.)
Submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience in mortgage broking, investment lending, and supporting members through property finance.
Liaise with banks, brokers, and internal teams to push applications through to settlement
Bonus: You’re an active investor or highly familiar with the residential investment market
You’re uncomfortable working remotely or managing a CRM-based pipeline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
You lack experience in land & build, off-the-plan, or investment lending
Strong experience settling off-the-plan, land & construction, SMSF or investment loans
Willingness to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment
You’ve only worked in PAYG banking roles and haven’t run your own files
You’re not comfortable delegating tasks to support teams to help drive deals through to settlement

3+ years mortgage broking experience

Ability to work autonomously with full control of your day
Confidence using CRM platforms, compliance systems, and lender tools

Percentage of loans settled on time (for purchase deals)
Salary: Commission-only or base + commission available (OTE $200,000+)
Location: Hybrid – Remote with access to Sydney or Melbourne CBD offices
