Tasks
-Develop and maintain customer relationships through weekly touchpoints -Support liaison between field offices and other corporate departments -Perform various customer service-related activities -Auditing account specific reports to ensure accurate billing and client specific information -Manage and maintain a multi-million-dollar book of Accounts Receivable -Responsible for gathering the necessary data to assist management with account specific decisions -Making routine welcome and maintenance calls to clients -Management of customer accounts, including but not limited to invoicing, collections, PO tracking, customer service and working with clients to resolve outstanding issues

What You Bring
The Business Operations Associate (BOA) is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to external customers as well as corporate and field office employees. The BOA is proficient in the management and collection of customer accounts receivable. Qualities include; building customer relationships, conflict resolution, professionalism, detail oriented, strong follow-up skills, multi-tasking skills, the ability to use independent judgment, ability to function in an open environment and the ability to adapt to changes in the workplace. -BA / BS degree in Business or Accounting preferred -Ability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment that is fair, open, honest, humble, competitive -Strong Voices (Bringing people of color together to successfully build relationships through mentorship and high performing partnerships) -Thorough knowledge of business policies and account management practices -Ability to balance daily workload through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills -Strong communication skills and work ethic
