Tasks

-Providing expertise and leadership in a risk-based asset management program to achieve optimum bottom-line results. -Lead or assist in the pursuit of projects in collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders. -Lead projects and project teams, including contract, subcontractor, and vendor relationship management. -Align asset management plans with client business objectives and organizational strategy. -Collaborate with leadership on the development and implementation of best practices and tools that provide for the continuous improvement of the management consulting practice. -Update and enhance asset management processes and procedures. -Deploy new processes, methods, and technologies to increase reliability. -Develop lifecycle planning and cost/risk optimization for assets.

What You Bring

-12+ years of professional experience in the infrastructure sector, with -Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels within a client organization -Background in MS Access, ArcGIS, and/or enterprise asset management software (e.g., Maximo, Hexagon, Trapeze, AssetWorks, etc.) systems -Familiarity with standard transportation planning requirements and practices -Understanding of standard financial modeling practices -Ability to manage and transform large datasets Institute of Asset Management certification -Awareness of PAS 55 and ISO 55001 -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a dynamic team environment -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Policy, Planning, Economics, or a related discipline -5+ years in asset lifecycle planning and cost/risk optimization -Self-starter with the capacity and ability for integrated thinking and task prioritization -Master’s degree in Economics, Civil Engineering, Planning, Public Administration, Transportation Planning, or related fields -Proficiency in condition inspection technologies and workflow management enabled by asset management information systems used in the transit sector
