Tasks

-Respond to after-hours calls as required -Oversee preparation, inspection, testing, and repair of rental and sales equipment -Lead and coordinate daily tasks for the Rental Team -Ensure timely shipping, receiving, and documentation of all rental and sale equipment -Coordinate staffing needs and workloads to meet customer deadlines -Manage preventative maintenance schedules and quality assurance standards -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and workspaces -Monitor and uphold safety procedures, facility standards, and team accountability

What You Bring

-Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems and training team members -Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified electrician (Journeyman or equivalent) -Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a shop or field environment -Willingness to work outside regular hours for after-hours calls as needed -Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical layouts -Able to lift/move heavy equipment (100+ lbs.), work at heights, and confined spaces -Strong background in industrial/commercial electrical work (high and low voltage)
