- Scanning of utility service and main records, self QC scan for legibility, drag and drop file migration.
- Candidate may need to transport the scanner between offices after completion. Assistance from a client employee will be requested with a handcart to avoid prolonged lifting.

- Project duration is 5-6 weeks.

- Basic computer knowledge.
- High speed scanner, and laptop will be provided on site.
- Attention to detail.
- Candidate must have access to reliable transportation with ability to transport large scanning equipment
- Candidates must read, sign and comply with the Mott MacDonald “Health, Safety and Wellbeing Risk Assessment” form.
- Physically fit enough to lift a box that can weigh up to 50 pounds.
- Multi-tasking and adaptability.
- Service centers are up to 60 miles from each other. Mileage costs will be covered.
- Process training will be done remotely on day 1.
