Ingénieur des opérations réseau
Ce rôle conviendra à une personne ayant une expérience dans un environnement de support de 2ème ou 3ème ligne et ayant une expérience avérée dans le dépannage des problèmes liés au réseau au sein d’une grande organisation. Bien que le candidat doive avoir au minimum une certification CCNP, il est tout aussi important qu’il ait une passion pour le réseautage. Ce poste est responsable de la gestion des activités du centre de données telles que la mise en service et la mise hors service des appareils réseau, et nécessite des déplacements vers le centre de données / les sites en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise.
- Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration du service via l’automatisation ou le changement de procédure.
- Utiliser et configurer des outils de surveillance du réseau pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes avant la dégradation du service ou une panne.
- Soutenir les tâches du centre de données, les incidents, la mise à niveau du firmware pour les commutateurs Nexus et Catalyst.
- Appareils réseau – rack, stack, mise en service et mise hors service.
- Se conformer aux processus opérationnels et aux SOP mis en place.
- Effectuer des tâches de maintenance et de mise à niveau des appareils réseau.
- Mettre à jour la documentation technique, les diagrammes réseau, les processus et les procédures selon les besoins.
- Fournir un support d’astreinte le week-end selon le roster d’astreinte.
- Se tenir au courant des développements en matière de réseautage et de surveillance du réseau.
