Tasks

-Use phone and email to communicate with customers. -Complete take offs and read construction plans. -Create POs and purchase material. -Create quotes, bids, and sales orders. -Handle multiple projects at the same time. -Run a job from take off to completion.

What You Bring

-Knowledge to find errors in specs and communicated that to customers when needed. -Industry knowledge of different type of manufacturers and vendors (i.e. Assa Abloy, Allegion, Hager, Pemko, Masonite, DeLaFontaine, etc.). -Knowledge of industry software (ProCore, Building Connect, Software for Hardware). -Estimating experience and knowledge. -Ability to communicate with vendors to receive pricing for material. -Minimum 5+ years within the Division 8 sector, specializing in Doors, Frames, and Hardware.
