Reporting directly to the Deployment Manager, you will support customers, stakeholders, field technicians and installers while coordinating internally to move projects forward and resolve blockers. If you're technically curious, process-driven, and passionate about clean energy, this role offers a chance to directly influence how charging infrastructure is deployed across North America.
We're looking for an EV Deployment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in commissioning, project coordination, and remote troubleshooting of EV charging infrastructure. You'll work closely with internal teams — including Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Support — to ensure successful site activations, optimize network connectivity, and help shape process improvements for future deployments.
- Support installers and partners remotely during commissioning and troubleshooting sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation and project tracking through Slack, Google Workspace, and shared dashboards
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues using tools such as Datadog, Zendesk, reviewing charger and networking data/configurations, while ensuring internal projects and interdepartmental issues continue to move forward
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to address deployment blockers, streamline communication, and advance internal initiatives
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process automation and workflow improvements
- Uphold high standards for commissioning excellence, accuracy, and communication during all deployment activities to ensure long-term reliability and longevity of deployed sites
- Coordinate and execute remote commissioning activities for EV chargers and accessories including networking/IoT equipment across multiple OEMs and network types

- Comfort working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with evolving priorities
- Knowledge of OCPP and EV charger communications preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing/CRM platforms
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sustainable Energy, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DHCP, static IPs, VPN, port forwarding, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Datadog or similar data logging platforms
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems or low-voltage hardware
